Arrow 223 Has the following changes and improvements:

Arrow Improved throttle increases smoothness and precise control.

Arrow Improved braking increases control and responsiveness.

Arrow Customization now available with user-adjustable throttle curves.

Arrow Load, Save and Transfer your custom driver specific ESC setup profiles!

Arrow "ClubSpec" Spec Mode indicated by led's 3 and 5 flashing. Same as version 212 and selectable on the ESC.

Arrow Big Event "LockOut" Spec Mode, locks the ESC into Spec Mode and cannot be changed without plugging back into a HotWire. Factory Reset does NOT turn LockOut mode off. LockOut Spec mode indicated by led's 3, 4 and 5 flashing.

Arrow Active Braking: For boosted Touring Car setups that need super strong brakes, you asked and we answered. You can now have the brakes 212 offered for touring car by turning Active Brake ON/OFF via the HotWire.
